Kavitha is an experienced faculty member with a robust background in physics and over ten + years of teaching experience. She undertook a project at the Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) in Mumbai, focusing on radon measurement in groundwater and calibration work. She successfully completed the workshop organized by WIPRO as part of the AMC-Mission 10X initiative in Bangalore. Additionally, she has finished the LATEX program at SJBIT in Bangalore and participated in the Faculty Development Programme at BNMIT, also located in Bangalore. She holds a lifetime membership with the Indian Society for Technical Education.

Kavitha is dedicated to cultivating a stimulating and creative learning environment for her students and is committed to their academic success. She is a results-oriented physics faculty member recognized for delivering comprehensive classes, inspiring students, and developing tailored plans to assist them in reaching their full potential. She monitors student progress closely and provides individual guidance as necessary. Furthermore, she maintains regular communication with parents regarding their student’s performance.
