Students are the intellectual backbone of our nation, and am committed to fostering their success through effective teaching practices. My approach revolves around motivating students and instilling an analytical mindset to embrace new technologies. I believe in pushing students beyond the confines of the syllabus to meet the evolving demands of both industry and society.

Within my teaching framework, I adhere to a structured approach comprised of three foundational components: delivering the fundamental principles of each subject, equipping students with the requisite resources to expand upon these principles, and fostering their curiosity to engage with the issues confronting society and industry. I prioritize technical mastery, and also cultivate leadership capabilities, effective communication through presentations, collaborative teamwork, and adherence to professional ethics, recognizing these facets as integral to fostering a culture of continual learning and growth.

In addition to teaching, I am actively involved in research activities, publishing papers in journals, guiding PhD students, and pursuing funded projects and patents. My extensive academic and industrial experiences uniquely position me to advise students at all levels, nurturing their creativity, independence, and sense of responsibility.
